Analiza stabilnosti kosina metodom potpune granične ravnoteže

Ovaj rad sadrži pregled i analizu najčešće korišćenih metoda za proračun stabilnosti kosina. Nakon toga je predstavljena nova metoda kod koje su sve tri jednačine ravnoteže ravnopravne i potpuno zadovoljene. Faktor sigurnosti se izračunava kao sopstvena vrijednost jednačina granične ravnoteže datih u matričnoj formi. Jednačine granične ravnoteže se interpretiraju kao uslovi ravnoteže dviju sila, odnosno kao uslov kolinearnosti rezultante sila čvrstoće i rezultante aktivnih i reaktivnih sila.

Drupal 6.1 security fix

New version of Drupal is out. Upgrade is very recommended because this version fixed cross site scripting bug that can allow users to inject arbitrary HTML and script code in certain pages. Also couple of minor bugs are fixed.

This was a nice chance to test new update module that is now shipped in core of Drupal install. When I went to admin/build/modules link and hit check available updates nice red message warn me about security update:

Six year anniversary for Linux virus Rst-B

There are certainly not many Linux viruses (at least compared to Windows platform) but it seems that Linux viruses have very long life. After 6 years Rst-B is still active and not only that, it also is responsible for infecting of 70% of Linux servers:

Sun to Acquire MySQL

This came like a big surprise to me, but Sun and MySQL agreed that Sun will buy MySQL for 1 billion dollars. The whole transaction will be closed in late Q3 or Q4 of 2008 year.

I don't know is this good move for MySQL, but I hope it will be for Sun because they didn't go well last year.

Drupal's Private Organic Groups and file attacments

Anybody used og module for Drupal knows what powerfully features this modules give users - ability to organize themselves in public groups, private groups... Private groups gives your Drupal users opportunity to share content only accessible to other group members. BUT user will be maybe tempted to think that file attachments to private group nodes are also private, and that is off course very wrong. Drupal stores files in to publicly available 'files' folder. Every node file attachment is available with next url http://drupalsite/files/somefile.txt.

Drupal 4.7.11 and 5.6 fixing security issues released

New versions of Drupal is released. This is a security release witch fix 3 security cross site scripting bugs. Security risks are from less to moderately critical and upgrade is recommended. I have just upgraded montenasoft.com/drupal with 5.6 version and everything went smooth.

GMail cracked

Today I stumble on this very scary story. In short David Airey domen was stolen by a cracker who used "multipart/form-data POST to one of the GMail interfaces and injects a filter into the victim’s filter list". Then evil hacker requested 650$ to return domen to David.
